Follower counts are a 2020 metric. Intent is the only 2026 metric that matters.

I analyzed 50 viral accounts this month. The ones making the most money have the lowest 'viral' reach but the highest 'save' rate.

Stop optimizing for the 'For You' page and start optimizing for the 'Shared to DM' action. That's where the tribes are built. One high-intent signal is worth 10,000 random views.
